Glimpse of my training journey –
While completing my Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, I got to learn Philosophy from Bhavesh Yuj Sir, Anatomy from Pradeep Sir, Pranayama by Praveen Sharma and Vinyasa by Ashish Gunsola Sir.
They are very brilliant and outstanding in their respective fields of teachings! It was a great time getting classes from them while residing in the lovely open Ashram with lovely greenery around.
It was fun to learn Yoga surrounded by such amazing teachers and nature.
Along the way I also got to meet a bunch of lovely, lively and knowledgeable people with whom I got the opportunity to share and learn the way of Yoga, creating valuable bonds and new friends along the way sharing similar perspective and field.
Glimpse of Aerial Yoga journey –
Taking Yoga to new heights, literally!
In 2023 I visited the land of Uttarakhand again to learn a new and more modern form of Yoga – Aerial Yoga. This really opens up new doors exploring the vast world of Yoga and is really fun to teach as well as learn!
During my Aerial Yoga training I learned under the guidance of Arvind Jugtwan Sir and Tabyr Ma’am from Rishikesh.
Meeting people and other students from different countries and culture. Yoga has truly been impacting and spreading to different corners of the world.
My Teaching Journey –
Getting back from my training journey I continued to share the learnings that I learned and sharing my journey and knowledge as much as I could as I still continue to learn, practice and teach healthy practices.
